For consignments with Special Handling Requirements (SHR), the following transit times apply as a general guide, refer to working days and do not include day of pickup:

- items requiring manual sortation and/or hand scanning in depot
- all residential deliveries requiring signature on delivery (as opposed to “authorised to leave”)
- non stackable skids/pallets/crates or those 120cm or over an one dimension
- receiver timeslots
- large flat packs 1.5m or over any one dimension
- auto parts
- unusually fragile items including “top load only”
- deliveries with “special instructions” prior to or at delivery including tail lift, 2 man delivery, site/access restrictions
- bulky, non-standard items requiring 333kg/metre cubic conversion
*Claim for damage during transit must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to do so will result in no warranty claim. Please check carefully for damage.
