The LEYE III 4K HDMI 2.4" LCD Electronic Viewfinder from PORTKEYS is a compact EVF with an HDMI input that allows you to view up to DCI 4K30 video originating from your camera's HDMI output. A 2.4" LCD screen with 1440 x 900 resolution, a 450 cd/m² brightness, and a 1100:1 contrast ratio provides crisp and vibrant images that can be viewed in bright shooting conditions.
The LEYE III's diopter provides -3 to +8 adjustment parameters, and the software boasts numerous functions such as waveform, histogram, scaling, flip, guides, zoom, and image flip and crop. Import 3D LUTs via its USB Type-A port with waveform optional detect data before or after loading 3D LUT.
A passive heatsink vent ensures adequate heat dissipation and improves overall performance. The rugged metal enclosure gives the electronic viewfinder a sturdy feel, and mounting on a vast variety of rigs is achieved via its ARRI-style anti-twist mount, a NATO accessory rail, or a 1/4"-20 thread. A self-locking 4-pin aviation-grade power connector to D-Tap cable is included for powering the EVF, and an integrated Canon LP-E6 plate gives you the option to power using a separately available battery. Also included are an HDMI right-angle adapter, a USB flash drive for updating firmware, and a soft, flat eye sponge for the viewfinder for viewing while wearing glasses.
